  • Oven baked artichokes in red wine with capers served with tomato and green pepper salsa
  • Mediterranean fries! Deep fried courgette and aubergine batons in a tempura batter served with gherkin and mayo dipping sauce
  • Oven baked mushrooms stuffed with spinach and feta cheese with a rocket and walnut garnish
  • Pan fried asparagus spears with a poached egg and malba toast
  • Spinach and mint cannelloni topped with buffalo mozzarella

Main courses

  • Goats cheese and spinach tart with red onion relish and baby new potatoes
