Starters

  • Carpaccio of tuna with rocket and parmesan salad
  • Steamed clams with pernod and fennel
  • Pan fried king prawns in lemon and garlic
  • Rolled crab meat wrapped in smoked salmon with a trio of pesto
  • Smoked haddock and green pea carbonara

Main Courses

  • Seared sea bream fillets with brown shrimp served with a lemon and dill linguine
  • Half a lobster pan fried in garlic butter and champagne served on a bed of scallopini potatoes scattered with baby prawns
  • Grilled tilapia with a lime and chilli salsa served with roasted peppers and saffron risotto
  • Poached Monkfish in a creamy mussel and clam broth served with asparagus spears
  • Seared Scallops with a chorizo, cherry tomato and basil salad
