Option 1 £29.95 per person
Starters
- Classic Nicoise salad – With Grilled tuna, string beans, potato, eggs and anchovies
- Poached Pear – Wrapped in Parma ham served with rocket and blue cheese salad
- Smoked duck salad – With a raspberry and rosemary vinaigrette
- Cannelloni – Filled with ricotta, mint and spinach
Main Courses
- Lamb shank – Slow cooked with rosemary, lemon and oregano gray garnished with feta cheese and on a bed of potato gratin
- Squid Ink Linguine – In a sauce of cherry tomatoes, chili, crayfish and king prawns
- Fresh water sea bass – with a champagne, lemon butter and mussel broth served with sauté potatoes
- Trio of tartlets – Consisting of Goats cheese and asparagus, brie and red grape, Spinach, feta and cherry tomato served with rocket and walnut salad
Menu Option 2 (£34.95 per person)

- Steamed Mussels – In garlic, white wine and parsley
- Carpaccio Of Beef – topped with rocket and parmesan with olive oil and lemon
- Goats Cheese Bruschetta – on a salad of asparagus, green beans and beef tomato
Main Courses
- Pan Fried Venison – With a wild berry and port jue, braised red cabbage and potato lyonaise
- Half Fresh Lobster – Pan fried with garlic and champagne with cherry tomatoes on a bed of fresh pasta alioli
- Wild Mushroom Risotto – with truffle oil and parmesan shavings
- Sword Fish – With a Mussel and saffron salsa, green beans and rosemary roasted potatoes
